Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and can only be cancelled within 1 hour of order placement. You may need to wait for the refund (around 1-2 working days).

Returns and Refunds

  1. All products on the website are not returnable or refundable.
  2. If you receive the product broken or not working then we will replace or repair your product for completely free, please check the below points for further information. You will have to bear the forward and reverse shipping cost or ship the product yourself back to us.
  3. Customised neon products are not exchangeable.
  4. Predesigned product can get exchanged but you will have to pay the forward backward shipping fee in advance.
  5. Any order can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. You have to send us an email immediately to support@fancelite.in or message us at our social media or WhatsApp.
  6. If you received any defective product or not working or broken, you will have to send us pictures and videos of the product as well as the package (outside box) as soon as possible. An unboxing video proof makes it easier easier for us to accept the claim and make the repair/replace process faster. The forward and backward shipping fee has to be paid in advance. We may refund the shipping fee, or not take it from the customers in some cases.
  7. If you received wrong product, just contact us with the proof and we will exchange the product with the correct one.
  8. We reserve the right to reject the claims, as to avoid false claims that can affect our business.
  9. We are not responsible if the product gets damaged in transit when you ship the product back to us, or we get it reverse shipped to us.

 Warranty on Neon LED Signs

Neon LED Signs sold through Fancelite.in website comes with a limited warranty from the day of delivery. This product warranty just covers the Neon Sign, and not the adapter or the add-ons like Controllers that comes with the product. Add-ons & adapters have separate warranties. Fancelite sells multiple variants of Neon Signs. The warranty period was 30 days on all orders & and Neon Sign products made before 10th April 2022. These variants have different warranty duration as mentioned below.

  1. Standard – 3.5MM (1 Month Warranty)
  2. Premium – 5MM (6 Month Warranty)
  3. Elite – 8MM (1 Year Warranty)

The warranty on our Neon Signs covers the selected parts and issues of the product. In any of the case, if the product has to be sent to Fancelite Factory, the shipping cost of both forward and backward has to be paid in advance by the customer to Fancelite. In all the cases, the customer should provide the photos and videos for us take decision.

  1. Loose connection, that is not done because of a physical damage.
  2. Finding out the fault in the Neon Sign for you, in case of not working. This can be either through photos/videos or sending the product to our factory. We can suggest you the best ways to get the product working again.
  3. We may suggest you get the product repaired by a nearby electrician in case you don’t have enough time. The electrician charge may be reimbursed as well in genuine cases.
  4. The warranty breaks, in case of any physical damage, electrical damage, water damage, heat damage and all other damages. Usage of high voltage or high current adapters or direct AC electricity can also damage the product.
  5. There is no warranty on the acrylic backing, LED light strips, silicon tubes or change in shade of lights or color fading.
  6. There can be multiple shades of a neon light of a specific color with time, so maybe in the repair process the light we have and the light was used in the neon sign maybe be different. In that case we cannot be any refund or replacement.

Warranty on Neon Sign’s Adaptor & Brightness Controller
We provide 30 days warranty on adapter and brightness controller in case there is any factory defect in it and the product is not working because of that. Any type of damages like physical, water, heat, electrical damages breaks the warranty. We may ask you for the shipping cost to ship a new one to you. You will have to provide video and photo proof for us to decide.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
